He came to provide initial consultation in June 2019 and due to Covid we parked the project but he ensure to follow up after an year when we were already speaking with other contractors . But Oscar absolutely won the project due to his responsiveness / professionalism! His quote is very decent and not over priced . He remodeled our 15 year old deck and his team did that in one day .
